of space, one catch-all email POP and 1000 Megs of transfer. If
that's you, this plan is perfect. You still get all the same great
features offered on our $9.95 plan. You're still on our powerful
and fast dual processor. You can upgrade to our bigger (and still
very affordable) plans at anytime. All you do is pay the new monthly
fee. There are no set-up fees or other new charges.

do I get with my account?
We
have several plans for you to choose from that are cost effective
and more than capable of handling all your domain hosting needs.
We don't charge you a setup fee and all accounts come with many
valuable features such as SSL Secure Server Access, Mail Manager
System, CGI-bin, FTP, UNIX Telnet access, Traffic Statistics Software,
FrontPage 98 Extensions, RealAudio/RealVideo and more. We will also
register your domain name at no additional charge aside from the

I have to register my domain name or do you do that for me?

much disk space do I get for my web pages and graphics?
The Advanced Hosting Plan comes with
150 MB of disk space at €31.00.
The Standard Hosting Plan comes with 100 MB of disk space at €38.00.
The Basic Hosting Plan comes with 50 MB of disk space at €46.00.
Extra disk space will be charged at €3.50 for 1 MB.
All payments must be in Amerian Dollars. Note: Payments by credit
card are authorized and assessed in real time and will be processed
in Spanish Pesetas (corporate office is situated in Spain). We use
SSL encryption technology for your protection.

are FrontPage extensions and do you support them?
If
you use Microsoft FrontPage 98 or 2000 to publish pages to the Net,
you will need the FrontPage 98 or 2000 extensions supported. We
support FrontPage 98 and 2000 extensions FREE OF CHARGE.

Can
I depend on fast downloading speeds when others access my site?
YES!
Our servers have a bandwidth-on-demand connection, a Tier 1 provider,
servicing such giants as Yahoo and Netscape. We are linked to FGC
by a fiber optic cable. Giving you incredible speed at all times!

Do
you offer secure server space for transferring credit card information?
YES!
Our servers are equipped with the latest SSL technology so your
customers can safely order your products or services online! Normally,
any text sent from your browser is sent as plain text. This means
that a hacker could potentially intercept the information sent from
your browser and read it.
By
using the secure server (SSL), the information is encrypted before
it is sent. It would be practically impossible for anyone to decrypt
it without knowing the key. You DO NOT have to buy a security certificate
to enable the secure server - you can use ours for a flat fee of
€6.00 per month. We will provide you with the name of the server
when your account is activated!

What
is a "parked" domain name and how much does it cost?
Parked
domains are aliases of other domains. For example, say we have sally.com
parked to your main account at Jack.com. This would mean that anyone
who goes to Sally.com would automatically go to Jack.com. There
is no actual hosting involved with sally.com. Sally.com merely acts
as a nickname to Jack.com. Parked domains are available for a yearly
fee of €50.00.

Can
I upload pages frequently?
Each
account comes with one FTP/Telnet account. You have full access
to your space via FTP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can update
your site at your leisure.

How
much data transfer do you allow for my web site?
Bandwidth
is a measurement of the amount of data transferred to visitors to
your site. Cybhosting.com provides the following of data transfer
per month:
The Advanced Hosting Plan comes with 30,000 Megabytes of data transfer
per month.
The Standard Hosting Plan comes with 20,000 Megabytes of data transfer
per month.

What
are email aliases and how many can I use?
Email
aliases are email addresses that you make up. Any mail sent to these
aliases would automatically be forwarded to your existing POP email
account or redirected to another third party POP account.
You can have as many email
aliases as you want, your mail account is pre-configured to "Catch
All" email directed at anyname@yourdomain.com.

about Technical Support?
We
provide web hosting services to many clients and from experience
we have found that handling support request via email to be to our
clients greatest advantage. We answer all email on the same day
it is received - most often in only a few hours.
If you would like assistance in changing the DNS settings of your
own domain, you will have to inform us of the address where you
registered your domain, the username (or account number) and password.
Only then, we will then be able to make all necessary changes.

of your web hosting account. In the event your are experiencing

do not provide any technical support relating to HTML syntax, Java

Do
you support subdomains or wildcards?
We do not support wildcards.
We can create subdomains for your account mydomain.com like sub.mydomain.com
If
you want to have sub.mydomain.com point to the main index page for
mydomain.com there is no additional charge.
If
you want to have sub.mydomain.com point to a subdirectory or different
page in mydomain.com aside from your main index page, this will
need to be a separate account. This new account can use any of our
hosting packages ranging in price from €31.00 - €46.00.
